Even if Green Com Challenge goes to court which they have not done & the sailing communtiy doubts they are willing to spend the money, GCC/CVG will loose in NYSC. The Blue Arrow Challenge was the only other challanger in the history of The Cup to try to crash a Deed of Gift match. They went to the NYSC which told them they could not participate as the Deed does not allow for another challenger in a Deed of Gift match.
