"Green Comm wants to change this, and it is challenging the challenger"

They have been turned down as their is no obligation of the Challenger under the Deed of Gift to consider other challengers.

Even if Green Com Challenge goes to court which they have not done & the sailing communtiy doubts they are willing to spend the money, GCC/CVG will loose in NYSC.

The Blue Arrow Challenge was the only other challanger in the history of The Cup to try to crash a Deed of Gift match. They went to the NYSC which told them they could not participate as the Deed does not allow for another challenger in a Deed of Gift match.

Hopefully the GCC/CVG program will be around for the AC 34 but it's going to be quite a wait as after the more legal battles in NYSC are expected.
